Our two holiday cottages, Sea Breeze and High Tide, are part of a luxury conversion of traditional stone built barns just outside the beautiful villages of High Newton and Low Newton between Embleton and Beadnell on the stunning Northumberland coast. The sympathetic conversion has combined the charm of the original buildings together with state of the art facilities providing luxury accommodation in this central location on the Heritage Coast 40 miles north of Newcastle upon Tyne. The cottages have access to a footpath leading to the village of High Newton and on to Low Newton and the coast.
Each cottage has 3 bedrooms and can be booked either individually or together making a terrific venue for a large family group, or families holidaying together, for up to 12 people. Either way, we sincerely hope that they provide a relaxing and comfortable venue for your stay, being furnished and equipped to a high standard with each property having their own garden for recreational use.
Sea Breeze
The spacious, light and airy accommodation has the benefit of 3 bedrooms and a large enclosed garden with views towards the coast.
Sea Breeze has one bedroom with a king size bed and sea views. a bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be configured as a double, and a third bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds.
High Tide
This attractive cottage has the benefit of 3 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms with an enclosed patio garden and separate enclosed grassed garden suitable for games etc.
The cottage has one bedroom, with a King size bed, and a bathroom on the ground floor and a further 2 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor - one king size bed and the other 2 single beds.
